I didnt know you coulddo background checks on your attorney? This would have been a big help a few months ago!! Anyway we have a new lawyer and I am interested in researching his trial background...if he is as i feel he is!?! Shorite I saw this mentioned in your post and it got me wondering...any info from anyone would be appreciated...where do I go to do this? how much does it cost ? is it worthit ( i have 5 kids and not all that much $)? well I have paid for any online program which allows me to do background checks on alot of things. I just called the company and asked them if they could do that kind of a check they said yes.

So they are doing it for me. You can also did it via the court system, this way it time consuming but can be benifical. Court documents are public records so you have the right to know what info in in them.. Just figure out which way you can do it and go from there.
