Hi I'm New To This

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to this and am trying to find out as much info as I can on San Quentin State Prison in Calif.
My Son is has been there since 11-19-2003 and is in the Reception Area.
My Question is how come does it takes them 30 to 90 days to process them and why are they in such a small area cell and not in a regular cell?? Would appreciate any infor that you can give me.

Ma'm/Sir --You are in Oregon, asking questions in the Texas forum about a prison in California. All I can tell you is that San Quentin is up north of San Rafael/SanFrancisco, is very old and is no country club. Best you should redirect your questions to the California forum of PTO where there should be Californians with some information.
