My husband will be leaving a federal prison camp on Jan 6,04. I am curious about the halfway house process. His actual release date is February 6. Will he be required to remain in the halfway house the entire time. He still has his job, and a home.

Probably, although (at least theoretically) he'll go to home confinement after 50%. The problem is with a 30 day placement, there isn't much time to do the paper work involved.
