My boyfriend is getting out of CCA (Florence, AZ) and will be placed in a halfway house in Florence. Does anyone know anything about that program?

CCA, Florence is a contract facility normally housing INS detainees. Under what circumstances is he "getting out" of that facility? INS parole into the US? End of federal sentence? or?

CADC houses US Marshall's inmates (my guy) as well as INS, Alaska and Hawaii inmates. Luckily, he stayed in Florence the entire time, because it is only a couple hours away from where we live. We know he will either be placed in a halfway house in Florence or in Tucson. I do not know anything about the halfway house(s??) in Florence. I hope he is placed up there because one of the halfway houses here in Tucson is only about 2 blocks away from where he used to buy crack, which is pretty much how he got into trouble in the first place. The other Tucson halfway house I know about is up on North Oracle, which is somewhat close to where we live and in a more wholesome neighborhood. Does anyone have more info on halfway houses in Tucson and especially in Florence, AZ?

Just look on www.bop.gov for a list of current CCC contracts. He will know where he is going before transferring there.
