I know there are many USA penpal sites on the net, but are there any Canadian pen pal sites?

I presently write to a fella on death row in Texas... I seem to have too much time on my hands and am thinking of getting another penpal..
Now does Canadian prisons allow penpals? Is there a web site with Canadian prisoners looking for pen pals?
I am sure there must be some lonely soul in Canada looking for a friend...

I am sure I could get you a few in Kingston, my man's friends are always looking for penpals and they think that I can magically find them a penpal. Some of the sites from the states have a canadian sections...
