Question? I hope someone can help.
My Fiance who is serving a year in county here in Califonia has a previous felony in Kingman, AZ. He did 10 months for an assault charge in 1993. While out on probation he moved back to California, tried to have his restitution transferred over to California but was unsuccessful, but being a dumb 22 year old boy, just let it go. So we know he had a failure to pay restitution (i think to his victim).
He has had the county here do a check and he has no holds, we called the courts in Kingman and they said he has to see a judge and wouldn't give us any info (they may not have had any). So far it looks like they aren't trying to find him.
Is there a statute of limitation since he hasn't been in trouble until now it has been 9 years since that whole incident and I am trying to find info. I want to make sure that his release date will be that and he won't get shipped last minute.
