Hi to all who read this:

I wrote a letter to Governor Gray Davis back on May 13th, 2002 and he forward my E-mail over to CDC in Sacramento, who in turn CALLED ME, and gave me the number to CLEAR FOUNDATION, because they seem to be helping people get out of prison by filing a 3076 Petition. Right now they are working on a Petition for my son who has been locked up for 7 years on chumped up charges. My son has 4 more years to go but this petition could get him out by a few years.

I E-mailed you privately and just want you to know that any help you need just let me know! If the guys from CLEAR FOUNDATION do not return your phone calls immediately please let me know and I will give them a call.

At this moment we are putting together a 3076 Package which includes the Petitions along with the filing of the 3076 to the courts at this moment it has not been filed in court. I'm waiting for a copy of my son's file from Prison.

I will keep others Posted on the out come of this Case!

I'm willing to help others put a PETITION together like my son's if they need help.

I was hoping for about 1,000 signatures for my son's Petition online but at this moment I only have 168! If you can pass his Petition around I would truely be appreciative!

Thanks for the Posting and I'm glad that the CLEAR FOUNDATION is filing a 3076 for your Husband! Hopefully, they will be able to get him out sooner than his release date!

I must mention again that I would not be filing a 3076 if it wasn't for the response I received from my E-mail to Governor Gray Davis. CDC in Sacramento stated that what ever CLEAR FOUNDATION was doing seems to be working!

I had to pay for this Filing but every penny will be worth it to save my son from another year of Prison!

Hello i sighn your son pettion and very intrested in this because me and my husband have been trying to get him out sooner then 2018! Yes you read it right and if we can get his time ran together we will be in luck.He has 10 yrs already in we are IL do you think this clear could help?

I know that CLEAR Foundation is only working on cases in California. There is a section of the California Code of Regulations Title 15 (3076) that allows the Department of Corrections to recall a person's sentence who is terminally ill or can prove that he/she has changed into a better person. I would check the code of regulations in IL to see if there is anything similar.

I have no idea if this is going to work for us, but it is worth a try. My husband has been in since 1989 and won't be released until 2007. If it works it was worth the money and if not, then at least he has a definite date.

Hi I spoke to Gene (C.L.E.A.R Foundation). We sometimes email eachother.. Im hoping My man will write to him about his cases..

So far my son's Petition has 318 signatures! He has been transferred to CMC along with a few others. As soon as he gets there and gets a yearly evaluation with GOOD MARKS in his file then the CLEAR FOUNDATION will file his 3076 in Court!

So, I have more time to get signatures, take a minute and all you need is a Name and E-mail address that is it!
