I was just wondering if anyone else has heard that the people came to measure the walls for the phones to be installed at the Lynaugh unit ?

WWW - I have no idea. There is a thread that gives great information on the progress of the phone installation located at General Prison Talk. The last that I read I believe the contracts were not even signed yet.
