Does anyone in the Arizona State System remember Dale Gibson. He was in Arizona State Prisons from around 1980 till about 1993. I am trying to locate him, any info regarding him would be appreciated. I am in South Africa and find it very difficult to get info out of any department in Arizona. Many thanx - Keltria
