Does the $10 ticket pay for admission for Fri, Sat and Sunday?

If you read the other threads in this forum you will find all the information that you need on accommodation, travel and so on.

The $10 is a nominal fee that is for the attendance of the conference event i.e. the daytime event on Sat 28th March.

All other events are paid for by the individual and will be arranged nearer the time and according to demand. So, if you join us for brunch on Sunday you will be picking up your own tab and so on. Everybody is going to be responsible for their own expenses.

Hope that clears up any confusion.

Unfortunately as much as I would love to be there, school and work get in the way. I am real close to graduating so I can't do anything that will cause me to be in school longer than I already have been. I know that there will be lots of pictures and hope that it can be set up for live video streaming. Would love to see it and that will be as close to being there as I could be.

I plan on attending with 1 guest. If anywho stay in the houston area and are planning to attend pm me and maybe we can either follow or carpool. Im 45 minutes from where the galleria area where the conference will be held, and 5 minutes from the biggest airport which is intercontinental. so it would be nice to see everyone cat wait!

I am hoping to attend - as I am in Minnesota and that's a long way -- we are going through some things right now but if everything clears up and my life stays drama free for a couple weeks; I will be either driving or flying -- I hate planes, so I'd rather drive ... but that is a REALLY long drive. lol

Hi Robin,

We don't have any scholarships or travel awards available to those wishing to attend.
However, we are currently arranging a live feed to be broadcast from the venue, so that those who can't be with us can still "participate".
We are also hoping to be able to set up a Q&A session that can be accessed via the internet.
