Lesa wish I could help but I haven't even heard of scoresheets. Do they use 'em to determine early release or gain time or what?

This website breaks down how many points each offense get...page 19 starts off the score sheet where you can actually put the numbers into the slots for each offense. I hope this doesnt confuse us more, i'll try to help as much as possible!
BTW, you need adobe in order to open this...:D

I'm new here so forgive my ignorance and mistakes if I make any. Tell your bf, that if he should go into the Law library at his institution, and request to see Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. The "Sentencing Rules" start at 3.700 (look in the index), being that no info was given on his offense or other facts, he'll have to find which "scoresheet" applies to him. What is important to keep in mind is, the law that was in effect at the time the offense was committed is what will apply to your bf. For example, if his offense was committed in 1987, and he was given 20 years probation, and subsequently violated in 2003, the law in effect in 1987 is the law that the courts must apply.
