I USED PRISON GAP BUS SERVICE ABOUT 3 TIMES AND I HAD ONE INCIDENT AND IT WAS I WENT TO SEE MY BOYFRIEND AND HE IS IN THE BOX AND I PAID 50.00 AND WHEN I GOT THERE HIS VISITING HOURS WAS FROM 5:00PM TO 9:00PM I WAS PISSED OFF AND ASK ME IF I GOT A REFUND OR A DISCOUNT NO I DIDNT AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT 50:00 I COULD OF BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER SOME KICKS OR SOMETHING OR IF I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE LIKE THAT I COULD OF MAILED THAT TO HIM:pissed:

I know the feeling of going all the way up there,use your money and can't even see him. That happened to me. What facility do you go to?

I WENT TO GOUVERNUER AND I WAS HEATED MY WHOLE RIDE BACK HOME

Well I rode upstate saturday, the day of the snow storm, the normal 4 hour ride took 8 and for me to get there and they told me he was moved to another facility and they wouldln't tell me where. I had to wait till everyone else finished their visits and then endure another 6 hours going back home, I was too upset. I'm going to the facility he is at this saturday, but I'm calling the facility in the morning before I give them people my money.

THATS WHAT U BETTER DO CAUSE I HAD TO SIT THERE TO FOR 6HRS AND IT WAS THE WORST SIX HOURS OF MY LIFE

I almost made that same trip, but thankfully the counselor at his new facility called me this morning and told me he was moved on wensday and that he was in the box and can't make any calls so he was just letting me know. I thought that was nice of him to let me know or else I would have been on the bus tonight and feeling real sad and upset in the morning when I found out. You ladies should also keep checking the inmate locator to make sure your loved one is still in his/her facility you last went to. I usually check like twice a week and be me not to check this week and look what happens...Good Luck and hope it dosen't happen to anyone else.

I check once a day.......I don't trust DOC. They may move him and not let me know...
