___________________________________________

We would like to encourage our members to consider the following precautions when entering into a room share agreement with another member.

Before agreeing to share a room, certain issues should be discussed and decisions made. Issues that should be settled immediately include members’ sleeping arrangements, smoking habits and eating.
Agree in advance on dividing the hotel bill, meals, telephone and room service charges etc. Agree on a way of payment and a timescale for payment to happen.
Use common sense and trust your instincts, remember that none of us are easy to live with!
Be prepared to enjoy the experience; sharing a room can be a lot of fun and many long lasting friendships have been forged in such situations.
