We are pleased to announce that we have confirmed the venue for the PTO National Conference 2009.

Our daytime scheduled events will take place at the Houston Marriott West Loop by The Galleria (https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/houwl-houston-marriott-west-loop-by-the-galleria/).

We are limited to 150 attendees at this venue so will be allocating places on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets cost $10 per person.

The prices for rooms are more affordable than the Marriott.

How to book your ticket


By Credit Card/Paypal over the internet

NOTE: DO NOT send us your credit card details. You will receive an email from PayPal detailing how you can pay. You do not need to have a PayPal account and the transaction is secure.



Send an email containing:
Number of tickets that you require. You will be invoiced by PayPal for $10 for each ticket you request.
Your first and last name. (Please note: if ordering more than one ticket please include all names)
Your PTO username(s)
The email address to which you wish your ticket to be sent. OR The mailing address to which you wish your ticket to be mailed.
Any special requirements you may have (e.g wheelchair access needed)

By money order/check via mail.

We are currently talking to both Continental Airways and The Holiday Inn to see if we can get some kind of group discount for our members. Details to follow.

Also we have started to sell tickets via our PayPal option. It really is very easy indeed to get your tickets this way.
