I called the status line last week and was told he has been pulled under review this month! (December 2003)
:D He wasn't supposed to be brought up until February 2004 with a Parole release of April 2004. This past June he received a DMS. He is at a Pre-release facility and is working there with good status. Is there light at the end of this tunnel? I hope that I haven't confused anyone. Thanks for any input.

Thank you Kath! I called and they let me know that things are moving along on time. She said that it takes about 3 months to conduct and complete a review.I appreciate the support!

I'm glad you posted this info. My wife's review is scheduled for May but, of course, they start the process months earlier. I was told they would circulate her file beginning next month but a bird on my shoulder is saying they have have already begun or they are about to. I will call tomorrow and see.

what is the number to the status line number.. danny has had his file pulled for over 2 months now and he got another letter from the parole board the other day,, someone pl help me find out whats going on.. thank u..
