It has come to my understanding that some inmates in there have picked up Co's while being held there. Has anyone else heard of this as well? You know trying to get what they can get from sex to money to whatever....

there are so many threads on CO-inmate relations on this board that I would hesitate even to tell you to do a search - thousands would show up. It happens, most contraband comes in through COs, some sex happens with COs. Everybody involved is human, so you can expect the full range of human behavior.

I have heard of this quiet a few times. I know a few inmates that have married CO's. I also know a few that have had flings with Co's and other staff members in DOC. As someone mentioned before all parties involved are human and have human emotions.

Its not all the co's. It can be nurses, secretary's, clinican's etc etc etc...it happens more than you think. Just check out the met while incarcerated forum ; )

Yep, there's alot of civilians employed, and volunteering, at facilities.
I'll bet that the interaction between inmates and civilians would be of greater "concern" to anyone inclined to worry about such things.
I say...don't worry, and don't stress about that stuff. It's only going to make the bid more difficult for you both to cope with.
