me and my fiance have been trying to get married for months.the prison chaplain wont do it,ive emailed the cure chapter in north carolina where i am,but still nothing.can someone please give me some other options

Some chaplains are just employee's of the State, not credited clergy. I don't know about NC tho? If the marriage is approved by the warden, try and see if an outside clergymen can do the job. Just call around to different churches, and if they don't maybe they can refer you to a minister who will. Try this link, and maybe you can find out something. Good luck sweetie!!
