I have heard that Florida allows this also.

It's allowed in Alabama as well. I think it's a great option.

Hey Amelia thanx for the info when i send money to Javier and i just sent him some well next time it will be thru western union .i will also tell his friends. to send it the same way i am going to write him again and tell him gosh you guys have me writing letters to him like everyday which is good he loves it and i do too....hugs jer
