Well i just read my letter from my son and he told me that he was selected to be transfered out of state. He says that they are transfering him at the end of Oct or the beginning of Nov. He says they are sending him to Arizona . He says me and my husband need to go see him before he leaves. I wrote to the ACLU hoping they will help me before it happens. I am so angry i can't even cry right now. i don't know what else to do. I AM SCREAMING RIGHT NOW.

I am so in your position i cant believe this is happening my kids father recieved a bag and was told to pack his things cuz they were transfering him out of state only they told him tennesse , mississippi , or arizona they wouldnt give him an exact location or day !! So along with all this his mother has breast cancer so we were trying to appeal it but they told us he has to be the one to appeal it ! So thats what hes trying to do now but rite now were just waiting to hear from him 4 all we know he may be out of state already ! We havent heard anything from him since last saturday ! Im writing this to u to let your son know to appeal the desicion with the appeal board he has to be the one to do it !

i wrote a letter to the ACLU to see if they can help. Google out of state transfers. I came up with a lawyers office that has been fighting it already. I m going to give my son the address to write to them. you should try both . Maybe if enough people write they might take the case. i know i only have alittle time but i am going to do what ever it takes.
