Last night while we were down, it wouldn't let me log into the backup forum. Kept saying my username was incorrect, but it lets me log in on this site, but not the backup. Said to contact the board administrator. How do I fix this in case I have to go to backup again?

Did you register at the back-up site? You can register using the same username and password that you use on the main PTO site.

No, I didn't register at the backup site. I just tried to log on. Next time, I'll register at the backup site and see if that works.

I registered at the backup site months ago, and it would let me on. Now, it doesn't.

Have no idea what happened, but it kept saying my userid was invalid. I re-registered a few minutes ago, and can get on again, so everything is tickety-boo!

I just tried the back up site, got this message:
This Account Has Been SuspendedPlease contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.

I terminated the hosting account with them. I'll see what I can do to get the backup site setup and hosted at an alternate location. It turned out that the shared account I purchased from them was quite limited so I canceled. I need to re-direct that domain elsewhere until its online again.

I got that same message one day this past week when trying to get on PTO. I got really scared but luckly it only lasted for a few minutes. Hope all is well.
