I talked to my man last night and he said around 50 more guys left Corcoran either yesterday or sometime this week to go Out of State. YEP! He believes it may be a combination of 3A, 3B & 3C, but wasn't 100% sure of that. But he knows that many left.

And he mentioned there has been talk about maybe turning B YARD into an SNY? Does anyone know anything about this? If so, I don't know where my man will be put then, maybe SATF he is thinking. hhhmmmm

I received a letter from my husband today that was written on Sunday and he said that one of his friends was being transferred to Arizona...I am not sure why..i remember there was a time when they had a choice to leave..now it doesn't even matter..honestly i think they are sending the inmates out before Nov 17 to try and decrease the overcrowding so the feds wont take over..My husband is in Yard B... Since he cant receive calls yet I will ask him in my letter and as soon as I hear something from him I will post it...Sheeshh I hope they don't send my husband away because i would be DEVASTATED!!!!

I think you are right. I was talking to another girl tonight on the phone and today her man told her, he didn't request to go, but now he is on a list for a maybe transfer to AZ. But, he is suppose to be getting out in August 09. hhhmmm He is also B, as is mine. But mine won't go cause he is a Lifer.

G was mentioning this on the phone last week, said his bunkie was actually happy to go, wanted to go, and was glad to go! I doubt very much they will send G because he is scheduled to parole in 116 days...if LA County doesn't add more time, as he has a case pending :rolleyes: ...which is also why he won't leave, LA County won't let him....but yep, they're shippin em out...hope u all are fortunate not to have to deal with that!!!

As for B being SNY, what sense does that make, C is already.....oh, well...guess they'd send G to Ad Seg because if they left him on B as an SNY, he'd end up fighting someone anyway....men...:rolleyes:

If your husband is not SNY they would never leave him there, just as mine is not; they would move him to SATF, or another prison; who knows. Your husband would be out anyway before something like that probably happens. :D;) Lucky you!

I hope someone "knows" what is going on over there at Corcoran and changing B yard and post here. For now, I guess it is just hear-say, rumor or just talk? We will see. :rolleyes:

When G called Sat, he said he knew everyone that left because he DOES the transfer slips as his job...and that's how he found his own LOL.

He also said there was no truth to the B yard being SNY as far as he knew....

B Yard may not be changing to SNY, but there is talk in changing the yard to something other than what it is now. "T" mentioned there is definite talk in changing the yard, but to what is the unknown. But as mentioned before, right now it is just talk.

I think they are considering changing the level of the yard, but not SNY. They would have to move everyone in those yards.....And for those guys that have transferred have known they are a definite transfer for about 2 months now. There is a process before being transferred. I know "they" (CDC) will go to each cell of the inmate to be transferred to ask if they are wanting to fight the transfer and if they want counsel. But as of yet alot of those guys actually want to go or have come to terms about going. And inmate that have medical issues or cases pending will not be going..... hope this helps... and there will be more going but those that are do know they are going. Some may be saying different to protect thier families...

i wish we wuld have got transfered to a new state. we got sent to caliptria and i hate it. the guards are strict and the ladies have drama.. on here, in the visiting room, in the line outside :( I wanna come back to corcoran.

Well my husband requested to be sent to Arizona. But guess what they arne't sending him. At least not yet. I wants to go because it's so overcrowded on his yard and he has no privacy like many of our men. I don't mind going to arizona to visit i have heard some good things.
My husband goes back to committee in about 6 months and should drop a level to level 2. So maybe if we are lucky he might get sent to Norco when that happens. Wishful thinking.
