My husband is a techincal violator, for leaving the county without permission, as Parole calls it " running", he is currently
at recieveing at San Quentin, and I would like to know if anyone can tell when he would recieve an offer for sentence
I have heard that for this type of violation he wouldn't get more than a year, however with the new law coming into affect
what are the changes of a 30 day sentence or a cop? Conditons o f Parole. How can I find out when this will happened? And will he get sent to a violators prison?
He and I left san diego because they said he tested dirty and
