Also, I have a friend in an Iron House in Texas. He was wrongly convicted. Does anyone know if there are any attortonies that work on a Pro Bono basis for just Native Americans?

He is trying to save for a private attorney, but as everyone knows, it is near impossible to find a honest attorney that will even be worth the money.

Plus TDCJ in my opinion is not the best for even getting mail, through.

Do anyone have any advice for him that I can share?

It is truly hard to find any who is willing to take on such a case and often one must settle with a para-legal but many of those do a great ob. If the inmate in question have connections to AIM it may be a possibility.
