Dear Fellow List Members,

I have started a Petition Online to help with my son's filing of a 3076 Petition"RECALL OF COMMITTMENT". Between family members and friends and neighbors I have been able to gather almost a 1,000 signatures at home. Do to limited space at GoPetition I was not able to add more about his case. If anyone has any questions I will be more than Happy to reply to your E-mails. I have listed his Petition under Global. The Petition states a brief review of what has happened to my son since his incarceration 7 years ago!

So, far I only have 90 and sure would like to have a 1,000 from GOPETITION. He is incarcerated at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, Ca.

Very interesting to find out that someone from Prison Talk could do a mass E-mail.

I received an E-mail from Ken and I think he was listed as a Moderator. He thinks he met my son in OCJ in 1995. I asked him to spread the word.

I will ask again how to do a Mass E-mail to this list and see what happens!

Thanks for letting me in on the secret of Posting everyday for my son's Posting to Prison Talk. Since I started doing this I received 20 more signatures in one day!

The California Prison Talk is having a meeting in San Dimas on Sept 28th maybe I will go and try to get more signatures before I submit his case to court(AGAIN!)

People constantly ask, "Why did they plea if they are innocent?"

1. Because lawyers are making a fortune taking money, urging the plea and turning to the next client. If they are a public pretender, they sure want the plea because they aren't getting paid. There's a fortune to be made on the prison industry and we shouldn't be playing into their hands.

2. Because law enforcers and attorneys use threats of terrible things to force the plea. They threaten to prosecute your mother or give your children away or lock you up for a million years. People have to learn not to bow to the threats of those who should be protecting their rights.

If everyone demanded the trial the constitution guarantees them, this entire stinking system would grind to a halt and those in power would HAVE to make reform happen!

I pray this works for your son and that everyone begins to talk very loudly about plea bargains.

Please, anyone who reads this, go sign the petition. It is nicely presented and easy to use. It'll only take you a minute and may save Richard years of his life.

Today is the 13th and since Rick received a 13yr Sentence I thought it was time to bump this posting back up to number 1!

I hope all you NEW MEMBERS take a minute to sign Ricks Petition to get him out of Prison by a few years!

His attitude is Positive, once he got through the Holidays!

The family is looking forward to the New Year and Hoping that the Gov. of Calif. starts releasing a few prisoners do to the 35 billion dollar debt!

Not to late! We will file by March! Ricky will have 6months of good behavior by then.

As for the Grand Mal Seizures, we narrowed down the source for him and it was CREATINE!

I'm wondering if anyone in PTO has talked about this before?

It is a product which alot of Inmates take to build muscle!

The Marian Associate has been praying for his EARLY RELEASE for about 5 years now! They do it on the 13th of each month!

TOMORROW is the 13th!

I also wrote to the Innocents Project to see if they might be interested in checking out the NEW INFORMATION on his case!

As for you Kenneth, 490 equals 13 if you add 4 + 9! And what does this mean????? Well, I'm with a pray group that prays for Prisoner's on the 13th of the Month. And whenever I do numerology I try to connect that person to me! How ironic that your number 490 equals 13. 13 plays an important number in my life. My son went to Prison on Oct. 13, my stepdaughter died a year later on Oct. 13th, My son received a 13 year sentence, etc. etc, etc.

As for my son's Case, if you haven't read already, the cops twisted the scenario of his case which caused the DA's office to go after him so harsh. I am in contact with a Law Firm who will be taking a look at his case and will let me know how to go forward with a Law Suit against the Police Dept. and also the 2 lawyers who handled his case!

I'm praying this will work, but have an Open Mind to the possibilities of the out come!


Looking forward to your Posting's Kenneth! I think you will become a great asset to PTO, especially those who are FEED UP with the JUSTICE SYSTEM!
