I've been waiting for this day for years!!! i got three letters today from my sweetie-

1st telling me he loved me
2nd asking me to be his girlfriend
3rd asking me to marry him and leaving the date to me!!!!

i've waited 7 long and hard years to FINALLY hear this but it's a very very bittersweet moment. I HATE the fact that it had to take him to be locked up for him to realize i am what he wanted. however, i am greatful that he finally came around :)

now i am facing this decision ALONE. He left the choice of when and how up to me. i can marry him in there or out here. it doesn't matter to him at all, as long as i become his wife.

i would be more than happy to do it now but there's just soo much stuff that i don't knwo what to do. 1st and teh most importantly, i'm still on my parents helath insurace until i turn 22 (HOPEFULLY after he gets paroled) but if we wed, then i can no longer be on her insurance. 2nd i still stay with my parents since i am still in college and only work part time. if we wed now how are things going to change? be married and still live with our parents!!!!

any imput anyone. i am so happy yet so sad. help.

Cricenia, Love is kind, ... Nothing should change unless your parents health ins. won't cover you if you are married. It's a tough decision, but sounds like you're in for the long haul. I'm in college and I work and I'm (newly) married to an inmate. LIfe is always changing....enjoy!@!@!

Follow your heart, but if it affects your health insurance coverage while you are still a student let him know! I am sure he will understand! No matter what you are his wife already! Good Luck!
