Does anyone out there have someone in Morgantown FCI? My husband is supposed to be sent there and I'm trying to get any info I can for us.

Also, I read somewhere (???) that there is a handbook that each institution puts out regarding it's particular rules. Can we get a copy of this before he gets in? We just feel like the more we know going in the better we can try to deal with things.

You are referring to the Institution A & O Handbook. It is given to each inmate during A & O (Admission & Orientation).
