hello im just after some information about grafton correctional centre as my fiance has just been moved there to serve the rest of his sentence, does a officer have to ring me before my phone number can be put on my fiance's phone account? and also any other information you can share with me will be helpful, thanks guys.

Am sorry you are going through this right now, but if you look in the forum for grafton correctional center. what state is that in? you can get a lot more information there. As for as the phone with me I had to wait till I got a call then set up the account, I don't know if it works the same in your state. I hope every thing works out there are lots of people here to help.
