just in....electric came back on last nite...no drinking water for first two days...they have water brought to them now...peanut butter sandwiches untill 3 days ago...they now are getting hot meals...they have been able to flush toilets...and this time only 4-5 inches of water reached the first floor...only a skeleton c.o. crew...commissary is'nt a for sure thing this tues...mail has'nt been able to run yet...some wind damage...everyone ok...everyone out of snacks, soups, etc......:o....pam
