A friend of mine just found out a guy she knows and would like to write to got in trouble in Kansas...we are both from Texas here is the link can you please look and see if this means he is in prison or jail or on parole or what?? I see the address for the 22nd judicial whatever says courthouse ...any help would be appreciated

It means he is on community corrections (probation) In Wichita. He is not locked up, so there is no way through the Casper site to find out his address.
