I spoke to Rincon visitation last Friday- 9/12 and gave them my new number. I have never received a phone call (just got visitation approved recently) so I am waiting on my first phone call. I'm growing anxious because it is taking so long. Does anyone know how long it typically takes in Tucson? Any info would be appreciated...thanks!

yep...almost 2 months. I kept leaving messages on the "PhoneGuys" automated voicemail. Call visitation and ask for your Units Phone Guy.

I am not sure about tucson, but my man is in buckeye, and I got a callfrom the prison visitation staff verifying my number and address, and I asked them how much longer it would be for the phones to stat working and they could not tell me cause it all depends on how long it takes te prison to imput the information in the computer forthe phones to work:( So we are still waitingon the phones to start working and it has been a few weeks since they called to verify the number after we had gotten that approval..... So there is no telling how long it could take....... Just keep your head up, it will be o.k. I am very anxious to... Everytime my phone rings my heart skips a beat hoping that it is him, but it has not been:(

If you were recently approved for visitation and you changed your number, your boyrfriend/husband/whatever needs to fill out a change form and turn it in to change your phone number.

My guy has already submitted the change form, but I will definitely give them a call.
