HOUSTON, Tx -- (DMJ) - Hundreds of thousands of evacuees from the path of Hurricane IKE are jamming Interstate 45 North in the Houston metro area. Houston television station KPRC reports that traffic is bumper to bumper from Texas 518 at League City into downtown Houston. The station also reports the northbound feeder road is in the same condition.
