Just thought i'd give ya an update. This last Friday, my husband faxed my son's atty. Today ( SUNDAY) he calls my husband, and said that he was going to get a transcript (just as u recommended) and send it to the proper channells at TDCJ! Heck I was just impressed with him returning our fax, much less on a weekend. I see this as a positive step...do you? I think I'm looking 4 positive input, because your advice about getting the judges transcript was EXACTLY what the atty. said he was goin to do. Just thought I'd update you, and thanx again...Carla
