SMCI is hosting many from the coast work centers.
SMCI is on lockdown at this time in emergency mode, with no movement between buildings. Since the chow hall and visit room are housing inmates and because they are on lockdown they are getting fed in the units. The staff is being fed the same so they are getting fairly decent food.

Being on Lockdown does not necessarily mean they cannot use the phones, BUT the phones will go out if there is bad weather as they often do during thunderstorms.

The phone system is in Jackson so even if all is well in Leakessville, if there is a power outage in Jackson the phones will be out.
