Does anyone know about the transfer from Bibb this morning 9/2/2008?

Who moved or what happened? I should hear from my husband tonight, I will see what I can find out.

From my understanding the group that was transferred out of Bibb was sent to Limestone for the start up on the Govenors Re-Entry Program. This should be for the men who have 120 days or less on thier sentence. They will go through all of the classes and programs as well as thier medical evaluation for release at this facility before they are FREE!!! :thumbsup:
So...for those who have less than 120 days left....be expecting a move!

My husband was moved to Ventress and got moved again yesterday and he's being moved yet again either today or monday

Thanks for the update. I pray he ends up closer to you sister! :thumbsup: I keep praying my husband will be moved right on home...but I will take a move closer to home as well :D.

I have a friend running a bond company in Shelby county and lives down the street from the ct. house, and he told me today that 300 men were shipped out of Bibb to the new Shelby county facility, which is very nice (well as nice as what we might call nice in a prison.) They put the men into different job training programs.
Anywho, that would mean 300 empty beds in Bibb, that need to be filled.
