The leader of the riots then Hostage taking.
The death of Mary Steinhauser.

Off the top of my head this is what I remember:
There were three inmates that were being taken back to solitary and they took fifteen people hostage. One being Mary
Steinhauser, a corrections officer. She was killed by another corrections officer when the emergency response team stormed the inmates.
