Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me. My boyfirend and I want to get married in 2006 we don't have a lot of family and would really like to get married at Niagra Falls and take our honeymoon there as well. I went to the Consulate website and found the application however it says 5 years after completion of sentance. What I want to know is would it be possible for us to get special permission if we have letters of recommendation from our parole and probabtion officers and any counselers from our treatment programs? If anybody has information please let me know. Thank you.
