Does anyone know about while your on paper can they garnish as well as you paying the PO? or does the garnishment start after?
also, i have a civil suit, can the civil suit garnish or do they have to wait until im off paper too?

does anyone know if i get married and he already has a house, can they place a lien on it as they have the one my name is already on? Its in the state of georgia.
