He was listed as a HEAT RISK and then sent to one of the hottest prisons in the system This is causing more stress on his heart and lungs. He has congestive heart failure the early stage of emphysema Hep C among other health concerns. The heat causes his blood pressure to rise triple digit above triple digit. Will he need a lawyer? any info would be appreciated.

He needs to put in a request to see medical and ask them to transfer him, see what they say.. my son said that where he is at, CSATF guys with breathing problems get transferred right away because of the danger of valley fever being deadly for people who have a respiratory problem
