Does anyone know the rules for the Omega TVC in Malvern? My fiancee is leaving on Aug 18th for a 62 day stay. I live in Oklahoma and have to drive 350+ miles to see him. Does anyone know the rules? Does he have to call me collect <which I won't mind accepting the charges on>? His date to be finished is Oct. 18th, which is a saturday. Will he be released on the 17th or are they going to make him stay in there until Monday? What are the rules for visitation for someone who lives so far away? Any information would be most appreciated.

yes he will have to call you collect and you have to call the place hes going ask them the company you have to go through and youll have to prepay for him to call you it gets pretty expensive my husbands still in county so hes in the same town as me and it costs me 3.11 for 15 minutes every time he calls me I hear its alot more expensive when you live out of state like 10 dollars or more. per 15 minutes. so when hes finished in Malvern does he get to come home cause thats not very far off?

I won't mind him calling collect. He only has 62 days, but it's going to seem like an eternity, especially if they make him stay there until the 20th. He finishes October 18th..

Good grief. He said he may only call once a week so he can save me money, but I plan on driving down to Malvern on the weekends that I don't have my son so I can visit him. I'm not sure what the hours are for visiting him, but I plan to be there from the time visitation starts until I'm forced out because visiting hours are over. 62 days is going to be very long if I can't see him.
