i was in bland back in 1977 to 79 and it was a pretty nice place compared to north and southside statefarm and of course the richmond penitentiary.i have been out since 79 and had a couple years getting back to living with society again. i was 25 then. now i am 54 and still can just about tell you day for day what happened while i was there. and if sergant king reads this "i told you i wasnt coming back!"lol! those of you that have loved ones there ..."i wish you and yours the best".

Welcome, I have to agree. When I left VCCW the counslers were taking bets I would be back. Although it has only been 4 months, I am not ever giving the state another day of my time.
