Can anyone tell me where I can access information about Prop 36. I found a web page that talked about the legislature and the effects and such but I can't find anything that details the program. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks:confused:

If you have access to a large law library, see if they have a small volume on Prop 36 by Couzens. It is an excellent reference on the topic.
Read Penal Code sections 1210, 1210.1, 1210.5, and 3063. A law library will have annotated codes, so you can look up the code section and then read case decisions related to that code section.
If you are looking for information about what exactly happens in Prop 36 Court, that isn't available. That's because every county is allowed to develop their own program and each county can look very different. Many counties modeled programs on each other, so there are similarities. Local resorces (for instance, residential bed space) can be very different.
