well, i would say u should probably try 2 call later on in the day, as opposed 2 calling 1st thing in the morning... just from my own personal experience... although it really doesn't matter, it probably won't be too much of a difference... but the trick is 2 connect straight 2 the operator (i forgot but i think u press "0") and have them transfer u 2 visiting... when its done like that its usually less waiting and less problems...
