if boyfriend is found guilty of fighting (which he is not) i wanted to find out about emergency restoration of credits. i know it can only be filed one time. like i said before, he has witnesses that say he wasn't invoved, so it is the guard word against him. he is not in wasco right now either, he is county settling his case here and may be here for another couple of weeks and the 115 and the hearing and investigation were filed 2 weeks ago. is there a time limit if he is not there?

I'd call the Ombudsman at the prison he is assigned to and explain the situation and ask what the best way to handle it would be.
