i wanted to know what the names of the papers filed are so i can look them up. my fiance was accused by a guard in wasco for jumping his friend along with a few others, anyway, he is the only one who filed for a hearing and has spoken to an investigator who will be talking to witnesses in the meantime, he is no longer in wasco, he was transferred down here to our local court to be seen on his case that he was sent to wasco for, he may be here for a month and his release date is oct 5. i was told that they have 30 days from the day he files for a hearing to sentence him if they find him guilty, but what if he is not there? anyway, i would just like to know the names of the papers filed and where i could look them up if anyone knows. it's like a title 115 and a 602. i'm not sure.

The write up for the fight is called a 115. The form that he will need to file if he is found guilty is called a 602...that is an appeal form. He will only have a certain amount of time to file that after his hearing. I would think they he will return to Wasco once his DUI stuff is done at the county jail...so then he can deal with the 115. I hope this helps sweetie. Keep us posted.
