(Can they make phone calls from Chino?) rbsgirl16 11-24-2003, 10:02 PM I know someone in Chino Prison, and I was wondering if they are allowed to use the phones. Because they have been there for 2 weeks now and I have not heard a thing. Does anyone know if they can make calls?? I am not sure how Chino works the phones for the general population.
