Hello I am new to Decatur Work Release. I read the thread on Decatur Work Release. It said that dress code was the same as any Alabama Facility. So, we can wear capri's and slip on shoes: if the toes is open you have to have a strap around the ankle or if the toe of the shoe is closed you do not have to have a strap? Any info. will be helpful. Do they do pictures too?
