Does anyone know where I can find an updated list of states willing to accept CDC inmates?

I'm not sure about a list. If you're talking about the contracted facilities with CA, they have a contract with CCA. To my knowledge that is it. The CCA facilities with CA inmates that are there as out-of-state transfers (they are still considered CA inmates, just temporarily housed out of state) are located in TN, MS, and AZ.

I have a list of the states included on the western interstate compact - I'll have to look through some mail from my man, he is trying to transfer closer to me as well. It may be a couple of days before I find it, but I will check in to see if anyone answers your question. I'll get back to you. Is there a particular state you are looking for, I may recall it from memory...

The Western Interstate Corrections Compact (WICC), PC 11190, and the
Interstate Corrections Compact PC 11189, enable states to establish mutual
contracts for the exchange of prisoners.
California has current contracts with Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii,
Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah,
Washington, Wyoming and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
