I was wondering if there's a reason the CCWF subgroup has relatively little traffic. It's a huge place with lots of inmates, right? Are female spouses more likely to participate in forums such as PTO, as compared to male spouses? Are parents more supportive of male incarcerated children than female incarcerated children?
Hi Querre...Good Question.
I have noticed this to...Maybe there are a lot of families and friends at these prisons that don't know about PTO..where they can get support and helpful information....
I am adding an attachment in this post with a PTO Newsletter...
You and others can download it; print it out and maybe pass it along to others at the CCWF and VSPW...
:)Have a Good Day!!!

Wolf...awesome flyer !!!!! I will be using it a lot! Great work as I have tried so many times to verbalize the site to newbies. This is better since statistics say we retain only 5% of what we hear...... (my pee brain more like 0%) :hmm: LOL! But in writing it helps to act like a visible brain so thanks!!!!
As far as why there is no main thread for CCWF....if you do a search for CCWF here on PTO there are a LOT of threads but they are on many "personal" topics. Which is fine but no main thread to met at!!! Looks like...if you go back far enough the main threads were not maintained or updated. It appears as inmates went home the family member of that inmate, who was keeping the thread current, moved on.
Well I guess we will have to carry the torch for our little CCWF "Family"!!! What is the saying the movie Field of Dreams...."Build it and they will come"..
Talk to you guys soon!!!!
