My prayers go out to you also. You might want to get lots of books sent to you, local newspapers, magazines and get the e-mail addresses of the loved ones so that you can send e-mail to them. The e-mail system is great, my husband at Hazelton writes me daily. Get loved ones to get a cell phone number that is local to the Hazelton area so that you do not have to spend much on phone. Get addresses for all those people that might visit so that you can immediately send them forms to be allowed to visit. Feds can not have visitors without the people being on the list. Same goes for any phone numbers of people you want to call. Family can only send money via mail to a general address in Iowa or Utah. Or they can send via Western Union for cheap (that is what I do) Participate in all the programs you can to occupy your time. Family can not send you anything so take whatever you want that is allowed. No radios, stamps, polaroid pictures. Hope that this helped.

Thanks. I am counting the days and it is scary. I guess I am afraid of violence more than anything.

I know the daughters of someone who is there and hope you can deliver some information to her. The details are in my email to you. Thanks for whatever you can do.

Demochevy,

I know how scared you are, been there done that, however take it from someone who has made a similar journey you are going to be ok.

Key is keep your head up, stay strong, keep to yourself, and know that in 8 months you are going to be home.
