Fight ends in stabbing of prison inmate

A California State Prison, Solano inmate wounded Tuesday in a fight at the facility suffered several puncture wounds to the back and kidney area, facility officials said Wednesday. The inmate, whose name was not released, was being treated at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.

My husband new this youngster. Cause he was cellie's with his older brother. I had told my husband he should notify his family cause the brother was just transfered the day before. So he did and they did not know about the incident. That is scary cause god knows how many times I have called up there to see if my husband is OK.

I can't believe no one would contact this younster's family. He has people that love and worry about him, and they deserve to know. It was good of your hubby to make the call, I know they appreciated it.
